Compass Christian Academy is now accepting applications for classroom teachers and classroom aides! If you have a heart for Christian education and a passion for investing in students, we would love to hear from you.

✨ Starting Pay:
• Classroom Teachers – $18/hour
• Classroom Aides – $16/hour

📅 Important Details:
• Interviews will be held in March
• Start date for new hires: September 1, 2026
• Applicants must pass a background check and basic physical
• Additional trainings and certifications will be provided during Teacher Work Week
• Substitute applications will open at a later date
