Jessica Robinson serves as the Preschool Director for the 2026–2027 school year and is currently the Children’s Minister at Compass Christian Church. She brings 16 years of experience in public education, along with a deep passion for early childhood development and faith-based learning. Jessica attended Kentucky Christian University, James Madison University, and Longwood University, where she built a strong foundation in education and leadership.

Jessica has been married to her husband, Allen, for almost 17 years, and together they are raising two children—a fifth grader, Ady, and a second grader, JB. She is incredibly excited for Compass Christian Academy to open and looks forward to spending each week playing, learning, and growing alongside our preschoolers while pouring the love of Jesus into them and their families.

Megan Bowles serves as our Curriculum Coordinator at CCA. She is passionate about supporting teachers by providing curriculum materials, helping set classrooms up for success and partnering with staff to support the overall mission of the school.

Megan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and brings over five years of experience in preschool education. She is thrilled to be joining the Compass Christian Academy family! Megan has been married to her husband, Jeremy, for 10 years, and together they have a son, Abraham. Their family attends Compass Christian Church, where Megan loves serving by teaching Sunday school with the preschool children.
